Buyers usually arrive at this comparison expecting one brand to win outright. That is not how the decision plays out on a real Philippine project. What separates them on any given job is rarely the nameplate. It is whether the model offered actually sits at your duty point, whether the control package matches how your building draws water, what the quoted lead time is against your turnover date, and who answers the phone when a seal goes at 2am in a 14-storey residential tower. A pump that is nominally the better brand but is oversized by 30 percent, runs fixed speed against a variable demand curve, and has a 90 day parts wait is the worse purchase every time.
