Overview
Steam traps are the most under-appreciated components in a steam plant — but a single failed trap can waste ₱50,000–₱150,000 in fuel annually. Steam traps automatically drain condensate and air from steam lines while keeping live steam in, preventing water hammer, corrosion, and energy loss. We supply the full range: float-and-thermostatic (F&T) for heat exchangers, inverted-bucket for high-pressure mains, thermostatic (balanced pressure) for radiators and tracing, and thermodynamic (disc-type) for steam lines. Each type is matched to its application — wrong trap selection wastes as much energy as a failed one. Paired with our steam line accessories (Y-strainers, cyclone separators, vacuum breakers, air vents, expansion joints), we deliver a complete steam-line-accessory kit sized to your plant.
