JOHOB supplies SS304 flanged flexible connectors for pumps, chillers and pipework across the Philippines. Each connector is an SS304 corrugated tube with an SS304 wire braid and flanged ends in ANSI 150 or PN16, sizes DN32, DN80, DN100 and DN200 (8 inch) being the most requested. What a flanged flexible connector does
A flanged flexible connector sits between a pump, chiller or valve and the rigid pipe. The corrugated tube flexes, so it absorbs pump vibration, thermal growth and small misalignment instead of passing them into your flanges and welds. The braid carries the pressure load and stops the tube from elongating under pressure.

Frequently asked questions
What is a flanged flexible connector used for?
It joins a pump, chiller, valve or tank to rigid pipe while absorbing vibration, thermal movement and small misalignment. Without it, pump vibration and pipe stress travel into the flanges and can crack welds or damage seals.
Which flange standards and sizes do you supply?
ANSI 150 and PN16 flanges are the most requested. The sizes buyers ask for most are DN32, DN80, DN100 and DN200 (8 inch), and other sizes in the DN15 to DN200 range can be quoted. State the flange standard on your request so the bolt pattern matches your mating flange.
Can you make short face-to-face lengths?
Yes. Short connectors such as 120 mm, 300 mm and 8 inch face to face are made to order. Send the gap you need to span and the movement you expect, and we confirm the construction.
Is the connector suitable for chilled water, potable water or glycol lines?
SS304 corrugated tube with an SS304 wire braid is used on chilled water, pump rooms and glycol loops. For potable water we can quote an EPDM inner tube option, see our SS304 EPDM braided hose guide. Tell us the media and temperature and we confirm the tube material.
What should I send to get a quote?
Send nominal size (DN or inch), flange standard and rating, face-to-face length, working pressure, temperature, media, quantity and delivery city. A photo or drawing of the pump or pipe connection speeds things up.
Do you install the connector?
No. JOHOB supplies and fabricates to your specification through partners, and does not install. If you need site measurements before ordering, tell us and we will advise on what to measure.
How fast can you deliver?
Stock sizes ship faster than made-to-order assemblies. We confirm the delivery schedule in the written quote once we have your full specification.
