JOHOB supplies and fabricates SS304 stainless steel flexible hose across the Philippines. Every hose has a corrugated SS304 inner tube with either single-braid or double-braid SS wire outer, giving working pressures from 200 to 3,250 PSI depending on size and braid layers. Sizes DN15 (1/2") through DN200 (8"). Working temperature range -196 to +420 degrees Celsius: safe for both cryogenic transfer and high-temperature steam. End fittings in BSP, NPT, JIC thread, or DIN flange, in male-male, male-female, or female-female configurations, with dielectric union available for corrosion isolation. The two constructions we fabricate
Every SS304 flexible hose we supply has the same corrugated SS304 inner tube. The difference between the two constructions is the outer wire braid layer count:

Burst pressure is 4 times working pressure across all sizes (SS304 wire braid standard). Standard lengths: 500 mm, 1 m, 1.5 m, 2 m, 3 m, and 5 m, with custom lengths cut to spec.

Working temperature range and applications
The working temperature range runs -196 degrees Celsius (cryogenic) to +420 degrees Celsius (superheated steam). Common applications by industry:

- Send your specification: diameter (DN or inch), length, working pressure and temperature, medium (steam, water, fuel, chemical), and end fitting type. Attached spec sheets are ideal.
- Get a written quote within 24 hours with landed price, lead time, and payment terms.
- Confirm with deposit (typically 50 percent for custom fabrication, 30 percent for stock sizes), balance on delivery.
- Lead time is typically 7 to 14 days for custom sizes plus 2 to 3 days local preparation. Stock sizes may ship faster.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between braided and corrugated flexible hose?
Both terms refer to the same product family. Corrugated describes the SS304 inner tube (the flexible core with accordion-like ridges). Braided describes the SS wire mesh outer layer that provides pressure containment and abrasion resistance. Our hoses have both: a corrugated SS304 inner with either single or double SS wire braid outer.
What is a dielectric union and when do I need one?
A dielectric union is an end fitting that includes an insulating gasket between the two metal halves of the coupling. It prevents galvanic corrosion when connecting dissimilar metals, for example SS304 hose to a carbon steel pipe or brass valve. It is required for boiler feedwater connections and any application where stainless meets carbon steel with a wet electrolyte between them.
Can you fabricate SS316 or SS316L instead of SS304?
Yes. SS316 and SS316L are available as material upgrades. SS316L is recommended for chloride-rich or high-corrosion applications (marine, pharmaceutical CIP, chemical process). Expect approximately 40 percent over the SS304 base price depending on size.
What is the maximum pressure and temperature you can supply?
Standard product tops out at 3,250 PSI working pressure (DN15 double-braid) and +420 degrees Celsius. Higher-pressure custom fabrication is possible with heavier wall corrugated tube and 4-braid construction on request. Burst pressure is four times working pressure across all sizes per SS304 wire braid standards.
Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?
Yes. Nationwide delivery via standard couriers for smaller sizes; larger sizes (DN80 and above) ship via freight forwarder. Delivery cost is quoted with the order.
Do you accept credit card or corporate PO terms?
Yes to both. Credit card payments run through a BDO merchant terminal (Visa and Mastercard). Corporate accounts can request 30-day PO terms after a basic credit review.
What documentation do you provide with the hose?
Each order ships with a Certificate of Conformity from the supplier referencing SAE, EN, or DIN standard compliance. Material test certificates (mill certs for the SS304 wire and inner tube) are available on request, and pressure test certificates for the specific batch are available for accredited buyers.
Can you install the hose or provide a hose replacement service?
We supply only, not install. For existing installations we can dispatch a technician for on-site measurement to ensure correct sizing before fabrication. Contact us to arrange this service.
