What We Do

We supply engineered equipment for commercial and industrial operations: FRP and stainless steel water tanks, booster pump systems, VFD control panels, piping and fittings, steam and boiler systems, and power-generation systems. Our clients are commercial laundries, hotels, hospitals, food processing plants, condominiums, factories, and SBMA / Clark / PEZA locators who need engineered equipment delivered with documentation, warranty, and accountability, not off-the-shelf residential hardware repackaged for industrial use.

Why Documentation Matters

The difference between industrial-grade supply and generic hardware is not just the product. It is documentation, warranty tail, and material specification. When we supply an FRP water tank, we deliver material test certificates showing 34% glass fiber content, WRAS-approved resin, and graded panel thickness: engineered numbers, not marketing claims. When we supply a booster pump, we deliver factory performance curves for the specific serial number shipped, not generic model literature. Every shipment includes the certification package appropriate to the equipment supplied, ready for your compliance, permit, and procurement records.

We deliver nationwide. Head office in Teresa, Rizal. Delivery mobilized from Metro Manila with regular runs to Subic Bay Freeport, Clark Freeport, Cavite and Batangas industrial estates, and provincial capitals across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Certifications on Supplied Equipment

WRAS (UK potable water contact), ISO 9001 (manufacturer QMS), TUV, CE, ASME (pressure vessels), and PED (Pressure Equipment Directive). Every shipment includes the certification package appropriate to the equipment supplied.

Payment and Commercial Structure

We structure every project cash-neutral for the client, with milestone payment schedules aligned to project phase: typically 40/30/20/10 for engineered scopes and 70/30 or 50/50 for equipment-only supply. We do not require unusual deposits. Written milestone quotes are sent within 3 to 5 business days of complete spec confirmation.
