Water Equipment Supplier in the Philippines: Pumps, Tanks, Panels, and Piping

Water equipment is not one product, it is five groups of hardware that have to be sized against each other. First, pumping and pressure systems: booster sets, transfer pumps, and submersible pumps, with VFD duplex panels where the building needs constant pressure across changing demand. Second, water storage: FRP, GRP, hot dip galvanised, and stainless steel modular tanks, supplied through our sister brand TankSmith. Third, electrical panels that actually run the pumps: VFD, SDE, star delta, and MCC panels. Fourth, piping, fittings, and accessories: stainless steel flexible hose, ball valves, and gate valves. Fifth, fire protection: fire reserve tanks and sprinkler kits, which share the same reserve volume as the domestic system and therefore cannot be specified in isolation. Most buyers arrive having priced only one of these five. The common failure is a tank bought to a round number of litres, then a pump selected later that cannot hold pressure at the top floor, then a panel added last that has no soft start and trips the building. Pumping is where most water equipment budgets go and where most specification mistakes happen. We supply three families. Booster systems hold usable pressure at the furthest and highest fixture, and in mid-rise and high-rise work they are normally specified as multistage sets on a VFD duplex panel so the pumps alternate, share runtime, and ramp rather than cycling hard against a pressure switch. Transfer pumps move water from cistern to roof tank or between storage stages. Submersible pumps lift from deep wells and sumps where suction lift is not available. Selection is driven by three numbers, not by horsepower alone: peak demand flow in litres per second, total dynamic head including static lift plus friction plus the residual pressure the fixtures need, and the duty pattern across the day. A hotel with a morning and evening peak and a commercial laundry running a steady shift load will land on different pump curves at the same nominal flow. Electrical panels are quoted with the pump rather than after it, because the panel type (VFD, SDE, star delta, or MCC) follows the motor rating and the starting behaviour the building can tolerate. Pricing is quote-based and we do not publish unit prices, because the same nominal duty produces a materially different package once head, panel type, and installation scope are fixed.

Storage is supplied through TankSmith, our sister brand for modular water tank turnkey installs. The formats are FRP and GRP modular panel tanks, hot dip galvanised, and stainless steel, all bolted modular construction rather than single-piece, which is what makes them practical to bring into a basement, a plant room, or a rooftop through a normal door opening and assemble in place. To be direct about it: we do not manufacture tanks. They are produced at ISO 9001 certified partner factories to our specification and supplied by us with local warranty and after-sales support, which is the part that matters when a panel or a gasket needs attention three years in. Panels on potable installations are WRAS certified. Sizing follows storage requirement, not tank catalogue size: work out daily demand from occupancy and fixture units, apply the reserve period the building needs, then add the fire reserve volume separately where a sprinkler or hydrant system draws from the same structure. Fire reserve is a distinct calculation and should never be absorbed silently into the domestic figure. We also supply the fire side directly: fire reserve tanks and sprinkler kits. Where the tank, the booster set, and the fire pump all draw from one reserve, we quote them together so the reserve volume, the outlets, and the pump suction arrangement are consistent on one drawing.

A water system fails at its weakest component, and that component is usually not the pump. Electrical panels are the control layer: VFD panels for variable speed pressure control, SDE and star delta for staged starting where the supply cannot absorb a direct-on-line inrush, and MCC panels where several motors sit under one lineup with proper protection and isolation per starter. We fabricate and supply panels using Inovance and Chutian drives and components, with CE marking on the electrical scope. Piping, fittings, and accessories are the other half. Stainless steel flexible hose at pump connections absorbs vibration and slight misalignment, which is what stops a rigid connection from cracking a flange or walking a pump off its base over time. Ball valves and gate valves are specified so that any single pump can be isolated and serviced without draining the system or shutting the building down, a detail that is cheap at quotation stage and expensive to retrofit. Non-return arrangements, pressure vessels, and gauges belong on the same schedule. When we quote a water equipment package we list these line by line rather than folding them into an allowance, because an itemised bill of materials is what lets a procurement team compare our quotation against another one honestly. If a competing quotation is materially cheaper, this is usually where the difference is hiding.

Buyers in commercial, institutional, and locator projects need paperwork, not assurances. On the equipment we supply, the certifications available are: WRAS certified panels on tanks, ISO 9001 quality management systems at the partner factories, TUV SUD testing, CE marking on electrical and material handling equipment, ASME on pressure vessels where applicable, and IPAF on scissor lifts. These certifications attach to specific supplied items, so ask for the certificate covering the exact model on your quotation rather than a general statement, and we will send it. Equally important is what we do not claim. We are not PCAB accredited and we do not represent ourselves as a licensed contractor. We do not manufacture tanks or claim local manufacture: they are sourced from ISO 9001 certified partner factories and supplied by us with local warranty and after-sales. We do not publish case studies unless the client is named with permission or the project is properly anonymised, and we do not put milestone billing schedules on public pages. Being explicit about the boundary is deliberate. A specification that rests on a claim the supplier cannot document is a problem that surfaces at turnover, not at quotation. Coverage is nationwide: NCR, the rest of Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, and locator sites in PEZA, SBMA, and Clark. On tax, 12 percent VAT applies to VAT-registered buyers, and Zero-VAT applies to PEZA and SBMA locators and to exporters, so tell us your registration status at RFQ stage and the quotation will carry the correct treatment from the first version instead of being reissued. On timing, standard lead times are 21 to 35 days ex-stock and 45 to 90 days for made-to-order items. A package combining a made-to-order tank with an ex-stock pump set moves at the slower of the two unless you split the delivery, which we will schedule if the site programme needs the pump room fitted out before the tank arrives.
