Our commercial booster pumps line covers booster, transfer and submersible pumps, supplied with VFD duplex panels where the application calls for variable demand. Booster sets handle buildings where estate pressure is adequate for delivery but not the top floor or a washdown header. Transfer pumps move water between estate supply, reserve tank, and elevated tank, the standard arrangement for buffer storage against estate maintenance windows. Submersible pumps serve sumps, deep wells and drainage pits. We supply established European brands including Grundfos, DAB and Speroni, and CDL for Chinese engineered vertical multistage pumps where budget favours a shorter payback. We also supply the parts that decide whether a package performs: stainless steel flexible hose for vibration and misalignment, ball and gate valves for isolation, and pressure tanks sized to duty cycle. Where storage is needed, modular FRP, GRP, hot dip galvanised and stainless steel tanks are supplied under TankSmith, and fire reserve tanks and sprinkler kits fall under our fire protection line.

Sizing starts with two numbers, not a model. First, peak flow in litres per second, from fixture units plus the draw of process equipment, cooling towers and washdown points. Second, total dynamic head: static lift to the highest outlet, plus friction loss through the pipe run, plus residual pressure the furthest outlet needs. Many Cavite locators inherit a system sized for the original footprint and then add lines or a second shift, so the existing pump is often undersized on flow and oversized on head. We ask for the tank level, highest outlet elevation, pipe run, and equipment schedule, then return a duty point, model, tank size and control philosophy, plus the matching panel. A pump is only as good as the panel driving it. We supply VFD panels, soft start and direct on line panels, star delta starters and motor control centres, built by Chutian with Inovance variable frequency drives. For booster duty the usual configuration is a duplex VFD panel: two pumps, automatic lead and lag alternation so run hours stay even, pressure transducer feedback so the drive holds a setpoint instead of cycling a fixed speed pump against a pressure switch, and dry run protection on the suction side. A fixed speed pump slamming on and off breaks pipework, wears seals, and produces the water hammer complaints facilities managers hear first. Variable speed control also cuts energy draw at part load, most of the operating day for a plant peaking only at shift change and washdown. Panels are supplied with CE marking on the electrical scope. We quote the panel as part of the pump package rather than a separate line, so responsibility for pump, drive and control logic sits with one supplier. Standard lead times are 21 to 35 days for ex stock items and 45 to 90 days for made to order equipment. Made to order applies to custom panel builds, non standard tank configurations, and pumps outside our held range; if your shutdown window is fixed, tell us and we will confirm which option fits. We deliver nationwide across the Philippines, covering NCR, the rest of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, and including PEZA, SBMA and Clark locators, so a Cavite estate delivery is routine rather than an exception.
